I am part of a group in North America that operates a Repeater/Beacon on the 10 meter band.located at 28.680mhz.
To access my Repeater/Beacon,send a 750hz tone for about 2 seconds.pause,then transmit your image.
If my radio receives your image,it will play it back in the same mode you transmitted with.
Now the system is crossbanded to 2 meters on 145.500 Mhz.to access the 2 meter repeater,use a 2100 Hz tone.
